Default the secondary butterflys on my gsr are constantly open

i just noticed that my secondary butterfly's are constantly open, usualy the arm on the plunger comes down when the motor is started, but now it is just stays up. i was thinking the solenoid that cuts the vacuum is bad but but i thought it would keep them closed if it was bad. any help would be appreciated

it the other way around, rev your motor up around 6k and see it go down.

my bad i got it confused when i wrote it. when the motor is off the plunger is down, when it is running it should go up and at 5750 it should go down opening up the secondaries. mine stays down all the time.

it was working before right? then take your iab soleniod out and test it to see if it bad or not, by touching 1 wire to positive and 1 to ground if you can hear the soleniod is clicking then it ok. check the vacuum tank, lines and the vacuum sourse at the manifold to see if those thing are plug.
