Second gear hard to shift at high RPMs

Second gear hard to shift at high RPMs
My tranny is hard to shift into second gear at high RPMs. Also, when the car is not moving, and I push in the clutch and shift 1-2-3-4-5, second gear feels notchy like I can feel the diference from the other gears. Does anyone know what this problem could be? I've changed the bushings already and it seemed to make it a little better, but the problem is still there.
**It's a B16 tranny**

I was thinking the same thing, but wouldn't it grind? My tranny doesn't grind at all, and in low rpms it shifts fairly smooth except for a little notchy.

Re: Second gear hard to shift at high RPMs
"ss", that means short shifter
engine mounts, bent or beat (loose knuckle) shift linkage could be an issue too.
synchros were mentioned, but if it's internal i'd say bent shift fork, not synchros. the giveaway for that IMO is the fact that 2nd still feels different when not moving and the engine isn't under load. that sorta throws engine mounts and linkage out of the running.
might want to run it by this guy - https://honda-tech.com/forums/members/mista-bone-999298542/
