SECOND BIGGEST QUESTION!!!
ok, so if there is no us model civic with a stock engine that has dohc and vtec, what is better, dohc, or vtech?

Your other topic was locked. Take the hint.
There are US models with DOHC and VTEC. They are called the 94-97 Del Sol VTEC and the 99-00 Civic Si coupe, bith of which had the 160hp B16A engine in them.
If you're trying to do research for a possible swap, then PLEASE read the stickied FAQ topics regarding swaps, and general tech info.
Also your topic titles need to be subject-sensitive, meaning make the title have something to do with the subject at hand. Titles such as "Question!" and "Help!" will be locked ASAP because they are not wanted here.
