They sell this spray on dye stuff that looks like spraypaint. It probably won't look exactly OEM, but it'd help you get some more life out of the seats before having them reupholstered.

booooooo... boo on the dyes.. just tint your windows. It will make your interior look darker just from not letting light hit it, and it will further protect your whole interior.

I agree...if the fading isn't too bad, just tint your windows. Better yet, install bronze glass.
If the fading is bad, just get another pair of purple tweed JDM seats...they're not that expensive like the black/red checked '94-95 SiRII seats. Then get your windows tinted.

Been using this for years.

And tint your windows if it's legal.

thanks for the input guys but tinting isn't an option. & the fade isn't so bad but it's to the point where it's bugging me. I was leaning towards getting them re-upholstered but I wanna check out some dye first to save some moolah.

The cost of getting the seats re-upholstered is probably almost as much as buying new seats. I would get the new seats instead.

very few dyes out there will dye/stick to polyester (plastic) fibers. I have no idea what fibers are used on the seats... guessing plastic...

yea I found a place to reupholster for 300 which is fair to me, includes front seat+backseats+door panels+armrest. now the question is, redo em purple or yellow haha.
