seats for EK: Del Sol vs. GSR vs. Si
I'm only 5'7" / 175 lbs but my '97 HX seats give me a backache on long drives. The thigh area is not high enough, and there's not enough lumbar support.
I looked around and saw that people put in Del Sol seats, Si, and GSR seats.
What are the pros and cons of the different seats?

im 6'0 150 lbs and stock DX seats eat *****. no lumbar support whatsoever. i have to sit up straight if i want any kind of comfort. and even then it isnt comfortable.
si seats are DX seats with a different headrest and design. GSR seats arent much different. so i think del sol would be the answer of choice

GSR's are much better for daily
Sols are even firmer and give even better support IMO
I have lower back probs and I havae no probs in sols at all

Si seats are junk. They're identical to all of the other G6 Civic seats, only with different fabric, pattern, and open headrests. Virtually no side, shoulder, or thigh support, and the headrests are too far back to rest your head on while driving.
G3 Integra seats are the same in all trim levels, the only differences are the leather or cloth. They are significantly better than G6 Civic seats as far as support and comfort go, but are still somewhat lacking, particularly in shoulder support.
del Sol seats are the best of the 3 you mentioned. They can be had fairly cheap, look good, and they have decent side, shoulder and thigh bolstering - they were designed by Recaro.

i have an si and i upgraded to del sol seats... one of the best mods i've done to the car. I sit lower and the seat is very supportive. the seats i got are kinda beat but i am getting them recovered.

I preffer integra seat over any other. They are deffinetly more comfortable than any others. But the thigh area may be too low for what you preffer. Personaly I like the lower the seat sits. Or if you're a baller get the Red Redaro's out of the JDM Type R's, most comfortable thing I ever sat in. Good Luck!

Re: seats for EK: Del Sol vs. GSR vs. Si (DxHatchback)
I liked my Del Sols (both sets)
ITRs are nice
Si's Suck!
Gsrs are good
92-95 hatch seats suck
rocking a set cloth GSR's now great seats look more in place with my car also.

Re: (skamal)
Here's my take, as I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs (38 waist). My driving experience is within a 7hr span of I-5 freeway driving.....
The Del Sol seats fit snug but the damn seatbelt buckle/release digs into my hip if I move around in the seat. Still comfy on long trips, as long as you don't move the wrong way and hit that buckle.
The GSR seats are nice & comfy, and are great on long drives. Probably the best bang for the buck seats as they are nice & wide and still very supportive.
Si seats are like EK seats, which are like bench seats. Very flat and kinda suck on long trips.
JDM ITR Recaro seats are also comfy, but the damn JDM seats are tighter to sit in than the the US Recaro SRD seats . But still comfy on long drives but kind of pain to get in & out of from a lowered car since the sides (for support) are pretty high around the thighs.
DA/EF seats.... similar to GSR seats.
EG seats.... wide like GSR seats but the lower lumbar makes my back feel like a piece of brine shrimp and gets to me after awhile on long trips.
Prelude seats... top feels like JDM ITR Recaro seats (support), bottom feels like GSR seats.
EP3 seats.... feel like JDM ITR Recaro seats but really didn't give the support as I thought they would and felt like (to me) EK seats with ITR Recaro material and a little bit more support.
Sparco EVO2 (since we have one), feels good when you're sitting in it and keeps you up straight and "awake" when driving (so you can't sit all gangsta/stunna) but gets sore after a few hours of sitting. Getting in & out is even more of an effort than JDM ITR Recaro seats (for me, it's good to have a removeable steering wheel to give me extra room... heh ).
Those are just some of my first hand experiences with the seats, with my size, and my bad back .

Re: seats for EK: Del Sol vs. GSR vs. Si (greebler)
in this order,... Del sol > Teg Seats > SI seats
this is how i would pick it out of the three choices you have,..del sol owns,..they sit lower,..more support,.and are comfortable
