Default Seat rail removal. Please help!

Ive got some Del Sol seats that I want to put into my EG hatch. I cant figure out how to change the rails. From what I can see I cant just unbolt them, it looks like I have to drill out some rivets. There has to be an easier way. Thanks

It may be easier to just swap the entire seat baseplate. Almost all Honda seats use the same plate and it's not hard to change them.

if i remember i dont think the del sol are the same as the eg, im not positive though. i tried this a while back and ended up not doing it. drilling new holes ing the rail is what you are probably going to have to do

NOOOOOOO NO NO NO!!!!! No drilling, no plates. It's REALLY easy. Look for the bolts holding the rails onto the seats and remove them. You have to take off the plastic stuff on the sides to get the seats off the rails. There is one bolt that is a little bit of a bitch (at least on my EK seats) that is WAY up on the side of the seat. On the del sol's just unzip the zipper on the back of the seat and you'll see it. If you need any more help let me know and I'll take some pictures of some seat rails for you.

I THINK, not positive but think, you can just put the del sols in your car (as long as they are del sol rails......I'm not sure though.

I actually have the seats installed in the car right now, but I had to do some grinding with the dremel to get them to fit. After all that the seat isnt level. I want to get the propper rails in there, I hate having mickey mouse **** in my car.

SOHC4life 96 If you have some pics that would be cool. My EG seats are gone so I have to get some rails from the junk yard, I want to make sure I get everything I need.
