Default Searched inconclusive - 195/55/15 rub? 2k civic EX

Yeah, well I've searched, and the results were inconclusive.

I have a 2000 Civic Coupe EX... Eventually I want to put KYB AGX with Eibach Pro Kit on it... and this summer I am getting the 15 inch slips from Rota... 40 offset..

Will this rub with a 195/55/15 tire? I want quiet and milage, so if I can, I would like to stay away from the 195/50/15, but it is available for the tire I want if it would rub. Also, my spedo already reads about 4mph faster at 60mph, and I dont want to make it worse with a 50.

Thanks in advance.

Running 195/50/15, dumped = no rubbing. 15x6.5 +40

I have the same set-up(kyb,pro-kit,15" rota) and i do not rub. Same tire size as well, no problems. 99 coupe.

I don't see why a 5% difference is going to make enough difference in any event.
