ELD fuse 15 is good. Lights dont dim. Volt gauge on my amp reads 12.5 volts to 14.6 volts so I know nothing is wrong but the light is on.

I also have a code 67 but that is because my cat is broken inside.

I dont know how to go about fixing the ELD code. Any help would be nice.

did not use scanner I jumped the plug flashed code 20 I will get scan tool tommrrow and get obdII code

That's a code associated with the common fuse 15 problem, so you still might want to inspect the wire harness near the intake manifold bracket.
