Search Down: Best Place to Buy Rota Slipstreams
I searched but the search is down.
I am looking to buy some 15" rota slipstreams with tires. Whats the best place? Also what is the offset I should get?
I thought about 16" rims but not sure what the advantages are? The tiires are more expensive so I thought about 15's instead.

I bought my Rota Auto-Xs from http://www.machiii.net, now I only bought the wheels from them. But they have GREAT customer service, I don't see how you could go wrong with them.

JLBMotorsports is awesome! They are a sponsor right here on HT. Check the Sponsor Classifieds.
What kind of car do you have? Are you lowered at all? I personally like the 16" Rota slips in Royal Gun Metal w/ Falken Ziex512 tires. (I just ordered a set from JLB) Let us know...

Cool thanks for the quick replies.
Its for a 98 Civic ex turbo running ~15psi on forged internals. Its got some ghey white rims on it that were present when I bought it and I want to replace them.

so will the 15 x 7's fit ok? I notice they have 15x6.5 too. I would like to go wider if it will fit.
Also what is the hub bore on a stock 98 civic Ex? JLB has two listed 56.1 & 67.1mm

15x7 will fit perfectly fine. I dont think you answered my question about your car being lowered or not? Do you like much of a gap in the wheel well?

Sorry, its not lowered.
No gap would be preferable. Why do you ask? Does the 15 leave a gap and 16 doesn't?
Also I have called two places Jaydm and JLB and both are out of the 15x7 in flat black. That sucks.

You wont want a 15" wheel if your car is not lowered. Civics sit like monster trucks when not lowered. It will be way too small IMO and you will definitely have gap.
The 16" will still leave somewhat of a gap, but not nearly as bad. Dont worry about JLB being out of stock, they are getting a new shipment in i think by this week. Ive been talking to DR about it for a while now. Just stay in touch with them.
EDIT: Im telling you, you wont find a better deal elsewhere.

autoinnovations.com they are in milpitas california I think they are the only place that has the slipstreams hubcentric with the hondas so there is no need for hubcentric ring

Are you referring to Rota's, or just regular old 16's?

Re: Search Down: Best Place to Buy Rota Slipstreams (flood)
this may not be the answer you are looking for, but look into nippon wheels. something like the f2 or something. i have them, they are exact replicas of the rotas and cheap. they are the same weight(i did weigh them). i was a little iffy on buying knock offs of knock offs. but i've had em for a year and they're great, i got em for 289 shipped, can't beat that
