Default Screeching from Driver side Front tire area

Wutup dudes..
I'm getting some odd scraping noise from the front driver side wheel-well area.. usually happens when i'm driving faster then 65 mph, and more pronounced when my car gets jumped up, like from hitting a bump or those odd roads where you dip and then bump up, like being on the airplane... if that makes sense..
On the UP part, is where my car makes noise..
I've checked tire clearance -
I'm on adj. coilovers with low-pro tires..
NO rubbing on the inner wells, edge of fender, etc..
can't think of what it could be..
The resemblance of the sound is that of someone making a key.. that kind of high pitch scraping noise..
I'm leaning towards brake pads or a bearing in the drive train or something... Its starting to annoy/worry me..
Any thoughts on what it could be ?
Any experience with similar sounds ?

thanks bruthas.
