Default scratching/scraping sound in rear when turning slight or major weight shift.

the noise seems to be coming from the rear and its quite audible when inside the car just had new skunk2 sport shocks, rear lca's and a subframe brace with poly bushings. also had a upper strut bar but i took off to see if that what was causing the sound. could this be a sound a bad shock makes it really only happens when the weight of the car shifts not really when i hit bumps. so thats what made me think exhaust but theres barely any play in it. noise only came around after the UPPER strut bar and lca and brace were installed. shocks and coilovers were on before them but no sounds. brace and lca were purchased from fastwayracer.com

car is a 95 civic hatch dx with a b16a swap

You need to get the car on the ground, and loosen, and re-torque every bolt that goes through a bushing to spec. If the car is too low, place the rear wheels on plywood shims so you can wrench on the rear suspension.

If this fails, you need to remove the rear wheels, and slowly jack up the rear trailing arms while grabbing every place where a bolt go through a bushing.

It sounds like you have binding somewhere in the rear suspension. Pay particular attention to where the compensator arms meet the rear trailing arms.

If you've lowered the ride height, you should make sure the rear trailing arm bushing has been properly clocked to compensate for the new ride height. This isn't the cause of your noise, but if you're troubleshooting your suspension, you should tackle this if you haven't already.
