Safe to run cx ecu on 99 b18b?

Well im waiting for the guy to program my ecu but he taking forever. Been like 2 months already. jux wanted to know if it was safe to drive on.

It'll be alright, just take it very easy on the motor. I ran a P05 with a B16 for a month one time and everything was great once I got a P30 back in it.

thankz i thought it would screw sumthin up becuz it is for sohc and it is a d series ecu

it should be fine. i would not reccomend going ***** to the wall running that ecu. considering it more than likely will not supply enough fuel for the b18
