it is doable, best thing i've seen so far is taking both seats apart, and using the metal from the bottom of the civic seat, and the padding and back of the s2k seat.
there is a post, or like 200, you'll have to search.
be careful not to get stolen s2k seats though, those things are usually hotter than my girlfriend.

they don't make brackets but you can do it yourself, i have them in my EG hatch right now. You will need to swap seat pans(the butt part of the seat). Just take the top of the seats off of the bottom and then remove the leather and padding from both sets of seats and then just swap the materials from the S2K seat butt onto the civic seat pan. There is a really good write up on here for this process.
