Yes this is possible, just to put things into perspective for you. The 7th gen civics are 4 lug, s2000 wheels are 5 lug, so first you have to get a 5 lug conversion from a wrecked RSX. Next due to the wideness of the rear s2000 rims, you can only use 4 FRONT s2000 wheels. That is what is required. I looked into doing it for my 6th gen but the funding just kinda dissapeared. Otherwise i would be sporting the s2k wheels. later

If it is the steering wheel than i don't know as far as bolt on. I don't know if the splines will line up. If it doesn't it won't cost much to make it work but then you have to worry about the srs plugs being the same and the horn working.
