HELP!

Hello!

I have a 6gen/4door sedan ej9/d14a4. My rocker panels are a lack of rusted metal. Anybody did a repair on them? Is there an OEM rocker panel like for the 5gen sedan? Maybe that is right for 6gen sedan too? Or just a repair could be made with pieces of metal welded on instead the cutted out rusted sheets? I mean this part: Honda Civic 5gen (1991-1995) : Honda Civic Sedan Küszöb Jobb

Im Really forwarding for helping answers

Thanks

Ron he's taking the sheet metal behind those plastic rocker panels.

OP will need to be creative at welding on new ones and repainting to match.

Yes i need the sheet metal below the plastic skirt. So there isnt an OEM part? The creative welding is the only remaining thing? im looking for the number 4 part on the partlist.

Ive seen this drawing. That is why Ive thought that the part can be ordered. The site youve linked shows an error. Doesnt loading. I checked all the local sites and i cant find one where from i can order it. im trying to find it foreign sites but i hadnt got luck yet. So the question is still: is there an original part or just the repairing (metal "patches") remains?

I think aftermarket companies make these too. You should probe around the rust a little to check for unibody damage. It probably isn't just the exterior panel that's damaged, the actual 'frame' of the car is probably rusty too.
