Default Rust Prevention on the beloved 5th Gen

While a lot of 5th gen owners out there have the luxury of living in regions where rain and snow are considered exotic.....

Out here in the Pac. NorthWest, it is a frequent and often hated condition we face.

Even the newest 5th gen is getting to be almost a decade old and I myself being a proud owner of a 93Si, I have recently discovered cancerous rust developing in the rear quarters.

Granted, I am the 3rd owner and the car has lived a pretty open and exposed life as evidenced by the fading and cracking mouldings.

I recently stumbled across a product which seems to be ideal for those who want to keep rust from forming.

It seems to work as I have a few friends who have placed it on their rusty Toyota Corollas (AE86). Anybody interested in doing a groupbuy or have personal experience and opinions of their own?

hmm not sure if those will work but DITCH THE RUBBER MOLDINGS that line each of the quarter panel fender wells. That is the reason that Honda quarters usually get rusted cause it traps moisture in there.
