Default Running wires through firewall

I need some help. I have a couple of gauges on my 2000 Civic EX that I've wired up already but I've been wanting to now re-route the wires through the firewall. The thing is, I don't know exactly where to run the wires. I'd like something close to the battery. I'd really appreciate it if someone had a pic that shows where to run the wires. Thanks!

the wireing grommet is right underneath your battery tray. Now look in the passenger side foot whell up into that area you will be able to see a rubber grommet. remove your terminal wires, remove your battery, and your battery and the tray held by 2 10mm bolts on the bottom. feed a straightened coat hanger through the hole and tape your wires onto a hook at the end of the wire and pull it through. If you need any more help let me know

yeah, running it through the passengerside seems a bit out of the way.
it is alot easier to run it throiw the driverside.

what i do is, if the wire folds up while running it through the firewall. take a hanger, fold up the end, tape the desired wire and tape it to the hanger and then run it through.

it's CAKE!

well it all depends where you want the wires running to, in my case it was a large wire for my nitrous bottle warmer and didnt feel like passing it along the same side as all the ECU harness's wires

wow thanks for the pic, make me look like retardation. I was looking for the hole for hours. I assume thats where the fuse box wires are routed through?

the drivers side is a no brainer.
