Default Running too hot?

here is a plug that is underneath the VTEC selenoid on my B16A3. Is it yellow because of age or yellow because my engine is running too hot? The tranny sticker is goldish too.

anyone else think its because its running too hot and burning the plug?

Looks like you have a small oil leak somewhere.
