I have a problem. I just got my ECU in (PO7) and for some reason My car wastes alot of gas, is actually slower than when I didn't have v-tec? Sometimes When I start my car it will shut off If I dont rev it. And what about sputtering? Like I have to be reving it then throw it in first just to acclerate to maintain speed, becuase if not it just goes very slow until it picks up speed. then when I shift to second gear it makes like a weird (Prrrr) sound. Then If I throw it in neutral it backfires sometimes(like a loud pop) I have a 95 hatch Dx w/ a JDM D15B V-tec and just got my ECU (P07) from a VX. I have apexi N1 catback, and AEM intake. Can Someone Help me out? Thanks!

plugs, plug wires? my car made this same noise, only i never had it like die on me. I would check those, replace them and the cap and rotor, then see how your doing, they're cheap anyways

Actually, I had another problem today. Whenever I would shift to second gear I would push the gas, and it would take a while to actually start moving. Like if it was stuck or something. It seemed Like I was reving it but it was in secound gear. Same when I shift it to third. It would just go higher in rpms. Can someone help me out?
