Running a little to hot.
back in may i changed out my headgasket cuz i had a milky creamy residue in it. for about a month it stayed normal operating temp. when it started to get really hot (I live in texas) i notice my temp gauge on the cluster getting a lil warmer. i was like...baah its texas its hot here. i work at 5AM when the air is nice and cool but my gauge was running really HIGH hot. i mean i thought i was gonna blow another head gasket. when i got the warehouse i opened my oil cap and no milky residue or water misting from the exhuast or smoke. i talk to my boss (he has a 95 eg boosted at 18 psi) he said my radiator can be busted or my termastat is busted. he told me to tap it to open it up. he also said that i should open my radiator cap and when my car is on the fluid should flow very quick. when i added more radiator fluid i used water from the water hose and where i stay the water is hard water. (high in calcium) he said i should of used distilled water. i need my car for work. when they did the headgasket they put in a new timing belt (toda carbon kelver ^_^) and a oem water pump. any suggestions. i really do aprecaite it.

deposits can reduce the cooling systems ability to cool your engine. Pick up some cooling system flush, a couple bottles infact, and run it per the directions. My brother's old Yugo (86 GVX, the real deal) had serious buildup in it. After 2 courses of cooling system flush, it cleaned most all of it out.
And for the love of all things holy, use distilled water this time! I wouldn't be amazed if your thermostat was clogged with deposits.
