Default Running a D16z6 with a P72 ECU?

ok here is my question? I have a 92 hatch with a sohc vtec swap in it that i am getting ready to turbo. I also have a 93 coupe show car with a gsr in it. I wanted to know if i could pull the ecu out of my coupe and run on my hatch while im have my p28 chipped for uberdata. I know its gonna throw a check engine light for knock sensor but is there any big problem with running the p72 on the d16z6 for like a week.
