rubbing on my rear wheel?

rubbing on my rear wheel?
i have a 5th gen si
my car isn't dumped by all means, but it is low....just today i was driving with a friend who is prolly 200 lbs, and i noticed every time i turn the weel to the left a good amount somthing in the back left is rubbing....i dont think its my tire....anyone have rubbing issues with their 5th gen hatch in THE REAR?????? any input would be cool
i have skunk2 coilovers and tokico blues, no bouncing rides stiff...
i have 00 si rims with 195 55's
ive never had this problem before
also my powder coat is chipping slightly on my rear wheels only too...WTF, the powder coat is TOUGH and i never curb my wheels....wtf is up with that???
