Post rpms keep getting lower!

ok so i juss got a used 1999 honda civic lx tranny with a new clutch put on my 1999 honda civic ex.The work was done by trans-medic in windham nh. they have very good reviews. but they gave me no warranty for it being a used tranny. so what happens is every time i press the clutch down while the car is not moving the rpms go down from 1 to 0 and it feels as if the car is going to turn off. if i hold it down the car wont shut off it just feels like it is struggling. below is a video of what happens hope it helps.(sorry for it being sidewayss) thank youu.

Was that your CEL light on? If so, check it and see if it tells you anything helpful...

As for the issue, I'm not sure. Bump for ya...

I have the same freaking issue but don't have a check engine light on. I cleaned the throttle body and IACV. I even tested the tps and all checked out

O2 sensor isn't active until it's warm. (open loop)
Try adjusting your clutch pedal. Does it do the same in neutral?
