Default RPMS GOES CRAZY AT 2K RPM....

Alright so just swapped in a b18c in my ej1 and apparently i had a leak at first, i fixed that and now the car starts perfect. The only problem im having is my rpm goes crazy when i rev to about 1,500 or 2000 rpms and hold it there, but if i pass 2000 rpm it runs perfect.

It does this regardless of whether or not the car is hot or cold. It's kinda hard to drive because of this... if anybody can help me out here would be nice

a vacuum line that i forgot to clamp down. I went and bought all new hoses and clamps so the surging at startup is gone. It surges only at 1,500 and 2000 rpms whether im driving or just revving.

The **** is like when im driving on first gear it starts off smooth then when i get to about 2000 rpms is fluctuates and stops. This really sucks when downshifting.

Check all your ground cables in the engine bay. But it sounds like the IACV
