Default rpm/speed ratio 2002 civic ex

I just bought a used 2002 civic 1.7 ltr 5spd ex sedan, when I drive at 70 mph the rpms are at about 3200. The car seems to run very well, but the rpms seemed a little high to me. (I also have a 98 accord 5spd 4 cyld. sedan and when i am going the same speed the rpms are at 2700). Is this normal, or should I be concerned?
