Default RPM Motoring sent me a lovely birthday present!

RPM Motoring for the perfect timing. My old *** is 25 today and this should help my old ears which has taken a beating in the past year with a Tanabe RM.

Q: Does anyone have a 5th gen hatch/Apex WS exhaust and a WW RS Rear Lip? If so, were there any fitment issues? Did the WS tip rub? Got pics? Thanks!

Here's some eye candy.
I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

25 isn't old, I've been 25 for half a year already.

Nice exhaust.....bought time you got some sort of power mod.

Actually, I might lose power by replacing my Tanabe Racing Medallion.

Correction...will loose
However, the sound tone will make u happy for quite a while and some new bumpsticks always fixes the lost power issues

I am only 19, and I bought my world sport at 18...I got sick of loud exhausts early As far as the World Sport goes, you will love it. I love mine and I always try to suggest it to others as an alternative to a loud exhaust. Not to mention the fit is absolutely perfect

Got the exact same thing from them bout a month ago. When you install yours post up if you have any problems with the middle hanger. The one on the passenger side didnt want to go in and now it scrapes all the time.

pogi*****yguy: I placed the order through RPM 4/18/03, exhaust shipped 4/25/03 and I got it today...3 weeks from the day I picked up the phone.

Mr.Thunderlips: Happy early B-day. What would you like?

White Lightnin: I already planned on posting installation pics and any problems I encounter

So nobody has a pic of this installed on a hatch with a WW RS rear lip?

Shipping wasnt too fast, but the price is pretty good. There customer service could be better.

I have been promised emails by them a couple of times and got nothing.

You wouldn't happen to have an extra B&M or AEM FPR lying around anywhere would you?

Well....the whole point of this thread is really praising the fact that the WS is a very quiet, but effective exhaust. I think maybe that should be a hint as to what you might want to look at for not being "toooo loud"

use a dynomax bullet muffler as a resonator...they are maybe 30 bucks.

Nice exhaust! As for fitment issues, I used to have a 94 Si hatch with full WW RS kit and an Apexi Dunk catback. The Dunk's tip touched up right against the rear lip and I had to get the hangars lowered to keep it from melting. I'm not sure about the Apexi WS exhaust though. although the tip is just as big I think.
