rpm bouncing when ecu is moved ?
ok i have a really situation like ok..i have an ls in my civic hatchback..and my motor is obd2 but im missing a crankcase sensor so i have to run obd1 ..so i went out there and purchased a conversion harness for obd2a to obd1.well the wierd think about it is whenever i move my ecu or my girlfriend accidently touch it with her foot the car seem to run fine and all then when at cold start next morning..i started the car and rpm is bouncing around like 1k to 1.5 then 1.5 goes down to 1.2 then 1.2 bounc to 1.8 my uncle is a mechanic and i told him to check if i have any vacumm leak..we spend all days checking for vacuumm leak but no leak to be found...so what could it be..from my point of view i think it either the ecu or i have a bad harness but engine harness can go bad ?? or i have a loose wire somewhere..oh sorry i forgot. when the car is warm or hot ..not bounching, sorry if u guys not understand what i type..kinda in a hurry
