ok so often when i start my car (94 honda civic cx) it has a rough idle but (usually starts up very quick like soon as i turn the key) and like the door panels and shifter are always shaking and when i come to stop (sed stop light, stop sign) and im getting ready to go it idles rough sometimes too? any and all help comments are welcome please and thankyou

Clean out your IACV, your FITV, and make sure your filters are clean. It could be a number of other things but those are the most common problems.
