Default Rough Idle, Heater takes longer to heat up

(Ive searched and read some of the solutions already)

D15b7

Just started doing this 2 days ago...Rough idle constantly revving from 1000-2000rpm, I'm gonna see if i can fix this problem by adjusting the spring in the FITV..but the thing is my heater takes a lot longer now to heat up..

1: Ive checked for vacum leak but found none
2: No CEL light
3: Im waiting for the car to cool down to adjust the spring in the FITV.
