jack your car up
take wheels off
loosen/take off the two bolts holding the caliper onto the bracket.
loosen/take off the two bolts holding the bracket
use an impact screwdriver to loosen rotor screws
tap the rotor to get it loose and off.
install is opposite of removal. Use a c clamp to push in the caliper piston when reinstalling caliper/pads

use an impact screwdriver to loosen rotor screws
tap the rotor to get it loose and off.

actually when i was swapping my front rotors on my car not too long ago, i did it at home with shorthand tools, and used a hole in the caliper for leverage and used a scissor jack handle to push it in. worked pretty well
it's not hard to do the swapping, for someone new it shouldn't take more than an hour TOPS per wheel i would think. takes me 45 minutes for both with lots of swearing, drinking, trying to find tools, and jacking the car up with a scissor jack

i don't have impact screwdriver, can i just use a screwdriver? and when i put the screw back on, should i apply anti-seize onto the threads?

If you can't find an impact screwdriver, you can just drill the heads of the screws off. They serve no purpose after the car leaves the assembly line.

Correct. Save yourself a little time during future rotor swaps and leave those two screws off. They're unnecessary after they leave the Honda factories as stated above.
