Rotating to northern texas for a few months any concerns?
I am going to be going back to Shepard AFB in Northern texas for training for 10 months, I am going to be taking my Civic Si with me as my daily driver. Should I be concerned about cops down there? Do they inspect your cars readily? Is there special things they look for? Where I live there isn't anything they are educated on with cars, they really don't care about your set-ups just so long as you aren't breaking traffic laws: i.e. speeding and what not; if you don't have cats or smog equipment it isn't a matter they never check to see if you do or don't have the items.
Thanks in advance

You shouldnt have a problem, really the only places they are d!cks in texas is houston and austin area so. just keep your nose clean and obey the laws cause all it takes is getting that one cop to f with you. welcome to texas!

Let me tell you from experiance that cops dont care at all. Doesnt matter how low your car is, if its "inspection" legal (ex: no cat), etc etc.
I run a turbo hatch with a huge front mount and cops don't say anything... unless you don't have the front licence plate
