I've never heard of it. IMO it's a waste of money/time. You'd be faster/handle better with a boosted honda motor.
Crazy swaps are for those who want to be different.
I'd never seen an ls1 in a civic until this past year. Civette just got his ls1 97 hatch up and running. Took him about 3-4 months to do.

The handling part - yeah - because the 13b is made for a RWD car which would throw the whole civic balancing off as your drivetrain would be custom.
As far as being faster? Doubtful. If you plug a 13b (not that renesis new **** on the Rx-8's either, I'm talking the real one - twin turbo Rx-7's) into a civic chassis it would haul ***.
Like I said, the handling would be a bit off b/c it's a RWD engine in a FWD designed chassis.
Kinda hard to say that's a waste of time but civette's build isn't. It's a rare (I certainly never seen it) swap and deserves the credit of so.
@ OP:
I think somebody put one into an S2K - but I haven't seen one in a civic.
Either they put it into an S2K, or they put the F20 from the S2K into an Rx-7..forgot which.
It's definitely possible if you have enough time, money, and fabrication skills.
