Roof rack for 96-00 civics?

Hey did honda ever make a roof rack for the 96 - 00 civics? If not are there any really good companies? How much do they go for and will it work with a 2 door? Just looking for one to hold 2 bikes. Any links would be great. Thanks

i have a thule rack for my coupe. Fits great, nice and sturdy.

you need:
civic specific fit kit
load bars & bike racks
short roof adapter

You need the short roof adapter since you don't have the rear doors to support the rear bar. The feet attach into the roof rain gutters and the door.

I like thule or yakima because the bars, locks, ski racks, and fairing carry over from car to car. You just need the fit kit (feet) for the next car ($40). And in this case, the short roof adapter for the civic.

Yes they are expensive but they will last and can be changed over to other cars. I have a thule and have had it on 3 different cars. over the past 15 years and I got it used from someone else. They are very nice systems
