Default rod bearings

i ordered all my main and rod bearings from acura as per color code.....i know the part numbers on the mains were different for upper and lower....but according to what they gave me the rod bearings upper and lower are the same.....can that be right? both upper an lower have the hole in them.

if they didnt have holes in them then how does the oil flow thru the crank into the area between and provide lubercation?

they have holes on both sides because the rod bearings are interchangeable with the tops and the bottoms.
