Default Ripples / Waves on shock towers

Anyone else ever experience this. Ill try to get a pic of what im talking about if im not explaining myself right. anyway it seems to get a lil worse over time. Car has never been wrecked it maybe have to do with the cheap ebay coilover spring rates im not sure

i have this on my 92si, but my 94ex doesn't have them, If you look in the app/cosmetic forum and look at engine bay shots you will see this on some but not all civics

Yeah, mines seems to get a lil worse over time, i put a strut brace on from a delsol but it dont seem to be happening, its prob frim the crap springs rates on my cheap coilovers i dunno, Im just hoping the strut tower dont break like ive seen in a few threads

never seen them break before, my hatch is canadian and my coupe is American, don't know if the had different suppliers or what, also my si has the holes for strut tower bar and the ex doesn't, I think they were just made by different suppliers. Also I don't see any chaange in mine the paint hasn't cracke dor anything

Paint hasnt cracked on mine either it just looks like ive gotten a few more ripples over time and one of the ripples seems to be popping out just a lil more

how low is your car? mine used to be dumped and the paint is busted off where my upper control arms used to slam int the bottom of the towers when i hit bumps hard.

Yeah its pretty dumped, thats probally why, huh? Hmm think it will be ok if i raise it up some? nother looks cracked underneath
