rims on ekhatch

so in the future a bit i wanan think about gettin some rims for around 500$ for my hatchback. i have a few questions.

RIM SIZE: i was thinking of goin to 17's, how would the ride and fitment be? all of friends say 18's but they really dunno what there talkin about and i think theyd look too big? 16's,meh not that low

gsr blades: i like the way the blades look alot, and especially with a h emblem thad be tite, what size do the blades come in, and do they look pretty good on a midnight blue hatch?

thats basically all for now if i think of more questions ill post em, thx in advance fer da help

i think for a ek the 17s would be retarted...unless you have like a show car. But if you wanna keep performance then i would go with 16s they will look good and performe well on your car. as far as fitment they should fit fine, both sizes. But remember the bigger rims you get, then thinner tire you get. Which means a more bumpie ride, and i personally like to have more rubber then less. I know my friend had low pros, and when he would run over objects on the free way at like speeds of 80, and i mean lil ogjects that a normale car wouldnt even have trouble with his shit would pop. HAHA! and on a sadder note, i know people who died becuase there low bro blew at high speeds...soi would stick with 16 and have more tire https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

P.s ofcourse iam not saying your shit will blow, iam simple saying it happend to them. So i will leave the rest up to you. But 16 iam sure is all you need. Also the gsr blades iam sure only come in 15" like the si. (correct me if iam wrong)

Yea the GSR blades only come in 15 along with the Si wheels. The car will fit 17's fine but like gezer said the low profile will make you car ride harsher. You also have to worry about pothole or bumps in the road because with the low pro's you can bend the rim pretty easy.

My $.02 - Don't get 18's.
