right way to remove the obd1 charcoal canister?

Default right way to remove the obd1 charcoal canister?

i searched, only came up with obd0 and obd2 stuff.

I just removed mine and capped the inlets on the mani w/ rubber caps from Advance. The only thing I have left on my mani is the map sensor... runs fine

i heard capping causes excess pressure... is that true?

rip it off and leave the smal sensor pluged to the IM but unplugged everywhere else, also leave the line from the fuel tank unplugged or plugged to a hose that runs to the ground somewhere (dont cap it off)
