RHD conversion almost done, but a few ??'s

Well a brief background story.....I started this about 2 years ago with my 95 eg and bought my clip. Stripped everything taking very in depth photos and vids to remember exactly where everything goes withou any doubts.. didnt work on it for much in the last 6 month for $$ reasons but am now about to finish the project :-) firewall is swapped everything put back. Reran the original harness figuring ill just flip it 180 and ill be fine. or so i thought. now im running into some probs and was wondering if anyone here may have had these or similar problems and could throw a few suggestions my way.
1. ALMOST everything has power. The front corners have power but no power to headlights????
2. then it will not start with the key.. everything gets power but nothing will turn over so i threw on a push button and vroom it went .. ( felt good to hear it run for the first time in over a year ,, stock b16 by the way)
3. no power to the windshield wipers either ... the squirter goes on when i put the switch to the on position and nothing when i move the lever for the squirters.... but when i pull forward for the single wipe form the wipers that works ????
I got codes 3,14, and 20
3, map sensor ...no worries right now
14, iac no biggie for now
20, eld which is in the fuse under the hood .. the jdm one didnt have it so i took the us one and put it in the jdm box and bam code gone so i have the other two which im not worried... so my big question is why wont it turnover??? any buddy have any ideas where my electric could be wrong???? thanks... by the way heres a few pics
