ok i dont mean to hate but why get all excited over a stock eg6? we have plenty of stateside EG/EH hatches that look a lot better, and probably perform a lot better. its a basic eg6. ok. what makes it so much hotter then say a clean hatch like Tom's? cuz its rhd? perhaps he has a sick motor. still. steering wheel location means nothing.

holy ****,...i never thought i would see that car again,..okay so here is the story on the car,...a chinese guy from houston comes up to dayton ohio and opens a shop called highpoint industries,..he brings with him his SR20DET powered 240 and that hatch you have pictured right there,..he lets his partner take over the shop and goes back down to houston,..2 months later he calls back up to ohio to have that car that was sitting in the showroom shipped back to houston,...turns out someone bought that **** for 13k ,...it has a jspec GSR motor in it,..i think thats all it has

Whos getting all excited? I just thought it was cool since you don't see too many RHD cars on the daily basis. Well @least I don't.

i wasnt trying to be rude, just voicing my opinion, just like someone elses opinion that its so hot. i just dont get rowled up over a pretty much stock except motor eg6. after all its still a civic. . the reason i have this view is cuz my friend ace owns an eg6. (funny because he also has a jspec SiR-G engine) when i drove its like "ok a civic with a b series motor" whats new. sure the brakes and suspension are better then your average cx or dx here in the states but that can be taken care of easily. . ive seen stuff in person, where kids will jock the hell out of a stock rhd eg6 that pulls up to a meet, when there are plenty of american eh's around that look better, and go faster, and handle better. is it the rhd? the lil nick nacks that we dont have? novelty? or what.

it wasnt really a show room,..they had the car in the back,..it has a huge garage and before they bought a grip of stuff from thier distributor you could fit 4-5 cars back there,..now its all packed with inventory,..i use to work on cars back thier,..they had the car sitting back thier for so long that it started to collect dust,..i actually took it out for a spin and washed it at a car wash down the street,..it is street legal

Everyone has there own opinion but i drove a buddy of mines rhd 180sx today, its amazing..maybe not much different than a us 180 with an sr20 but its that much more solid than a us one..comes with factory ac and no mess's...just factory base platform..and for what you could build some hybrids for you could buy a rhd one if you like and modify it for similar prices.

heres some pics of it.
going rate on this car is pretty high but worth it in some aspect. price around 15k. has hks turbine, jic magic susp, and gp sports exhuast, turbo timer, and some other things like 5zigen charge pipe...
