rewiring o2 sensor

rewiring o2 sensor
if i were to rewire my primary o2 sensor(was ct out by the shop that did my swap)how to i know which wires are wich.
i know i sewarched but its hard to follow witht the abbreviation so if some one could please tell me the pin out numbers the are located on then that will help alot.
specs
96 civic hatch with the y7 wiring harness.
have a 96 gsr engine swap all stock.
and also where does the primary sensor go to the collector or cat.
also do i need special wiring.
or can i use regualar 14-16 gauge wire
