Default Reving?

My 97 civic throws code 7 which is the tps sensor. So i bought a use throttle body from hap recycling w/ all the sensors. I install it in. I start the engine and now it keeps on reving before it did not rev w/ the old throttle body but now it rev. There 's no code anymore but till rev. Can it be the throttle body I bought that is no good?

It sounds like a vacuum leak. Do you have a gasket on there?
