Reving?

When my car is warm it keeps on reving, then for while it'll stop then rev again. What can this be? It a 97 civic ex

One thing you can do is check for vacuum leaks. Is it only happening when the car is warming up, intermittently, or all the time?

It even rev when its cold and warm.
