Get a circuit/voltage tester. The basic one that lights up when there is a voltage reading (automotive 12v).
Now, pull the cluster out of the dash. Grab the harness that connects to the cluster. Now, go one by one and touch the pins on the harnesses. Make sure that you don't tap into one that has a voltage reading with the ignition OFF. Mark which ones have a reading so you DON'T use them.
Now, place the ignition key to the ON position, don't start the car. Now, go one by one again and check which ones carry a voltage signal. This will be your 12v power. Tap into the wire and off you go.
Lighting. Turn on your low beams. Go one by one again and mark which ones have a voltage signal. Now, turn on your high beams, make sure the ones that carry a 12v signal when the low beams are on also carry one when the high beams are on aswell. Tap into the line and off you go.

Re: (Dimitri_EG8 a.k.a. Dimi)
11.WIRING THE GAUGES: I wired mine direct to the gauge cluster. This was when my gauge goes on my indiglo's too. I did this by placing the ground (black wire) under a bolt connected to the frame the hot wire (red) I placed in the fuse spot for the gauge cluster (removed fuse wrapped wire around metal of the fuse then replaced fuse) now just set the control where you want it and you are done!
Its sound simple here but what does he mean by this part (I placed in the fuse spot for the gauge cluster (removed fuse wrapped wire around metal of the fuse then replaced fuse)
