Default Retrofit Foglights

So I have the depot foglights right now, if I am not mistaken they are using the 35W bulbs, I want to retrofit the Lexus IS foglights. NOw my question is do I need to change the fuse? Or a Relay? I suck in electric work but since I am going to increase the wattage do I need to change something else too? Or no?
