resistors instead of resistor box?

do you need a resistor box or is there a way to put resistors in line when wiring in new injectors? i have never heard of this. any help would be greatly appreciated.

resistor box isn't that hard to wire... if anything, it's easier than what you're trying to do. simple diagram i made in paint: https://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l...rboxwiring.jpg

a resistor box is as the name implies. a box with resistors in it.
if you want to use seperate resistors you can, but finding the right value and wattage is going to be more difficult than a quick trip to radioshack.
