I looked under the EG section. Searched for Fog Lights, OEM Fog Lights, 92-95 Civic Fog, Fog, and nothing came up that satisfied me. So, slow down on the SEARCH

i wanted a set, but i decided not to get them. this might sound stoopid, but i aint getting them because it seems the car would be less aerodynamic, since the 2 holes are plugged up , haha

lol, yeah they added a whole 12 seconds to my 1/4 time becuase the holes are blocked that's silly....if you look at your current "holes" you will notice that they are not open, they are plugged too, only cut at the ends to allow SOME air flow......the fogs are the same concept...
and yes, you do have the cut the inner "holes/pockets" off and use the mounting holes that are ALREADY molded into the bumper on the inside, so put 4 hours of you time away to install these suckers
to answer the above question.....

You have to cut the plastic out. If it's your first time you'll need the template. I have Genuine Honda fogs and got my template with the instructions. Your dealer should be able to help you out.

If you look at a NASCAR front end, the holes are minimal for aero. Holes in the front of just about any production vehicle are for cooling only, not for aero.
