Replacing rotor question
The two screws that hold the rotor to the hub.
How did you take off those screws without a 1/2 drive impact gun, or any air tools in general.
I heard about something where there's an impact screwdriver where you pound the end of it with a hammer, did anyone try this?
Is there another tool you would recommend?
TIA

It's a #3 apex and buy the tool. If it breaks of no big deal. They are only there to hold the rotor on during the assy line. After that the wheel holds it on.

Re: (ek_type_r99)
I use a drill bit, and drill the heads off. Once the rotor is off the car, I get a pair of vise grips and turn out the remnants of the screw and never worry about them again. However if the visegrips don't cut the mustard, I fire up the old grinder and grind the screw body flat to the rotor hat face, and never worry...

Re: Replacing rotor question (SLeePeR012)
i would reccomend a impact screw driver
they sell them at parks for like 10 bux and they work like a charm
just be shure to use the correct bit(you will understand what i am talking about when you start to take the screws out)
