I don't know of any sites that will have it for you. But I remember a few years back my mom had her's replaced in her van and it only cost $100. So I bet a civic will be about half the price. Just call up your local body shops and see if they do it or know anyone that does.

They are also the ones to go see to sell you the fabric. That's who I bought mine from.
