Default Replacing distributor cap with a napa one, or similar.

Just thought you guys would know, I did a tune up and everything is hunky dorey, but I have been wondering why my radar detector gives me false laser alerts when accelerating.

After going to the whistler website, I realised and read that it was the aftermarket cap.
It allows some of the spark to leak through and the detector pics that up and gives you a laser warning.

Just so ya'll know.
