Replacing cam seal today, need torque specs.

Replacing cam seal today, need torque specs.
I am replacing the exhaust cam seal on my B16, what are the torque specs for the cam cover bolts, I know the piece that holds the cam seal in is 7.2 lb/ft. TIA guys
